Life Is Hard

Life Inspirational Quote - Its going to be hard but hard does not mean impossible

King Solomon left a message that all of us can relate to

"I also saw other things in this life that were not fair. The fastest runner does not always win the race; the strongest soldier does not always win the battle; wise people don’t always get the food; smart people don’t always get the wealth; educated people don’t always get the praise they deserve. When the time comes, bad things can happen to anyone"~Ecclesiastes 9:11 (Easy-to-Read Version - ERV)

Life Is Not Fair - The Story of Joseph

One of my favorite characters in the Bible is Joseph. His biography is recorded in Genesis 37 through Genesis 45. The story of Joseph is so important that it is one of the longest narratives in the Bible. Not only is his story about betrayal and hardship, it is also about remaining faithful to God no matter the circumstances.

When Joseph's brothers sold him into to slavery at the tender age of 17, they intended it for evil, but God intended it for good. Read the summary in Genesis 45.

"Then Joseph said to his brothers, “I am Joseph; does my father still live?” But his brothers could not answer him, for they were dismayed in his presence. And Joseph said to his brothers, “Please come near to me.” So they came near. Then he said: “I am Joseph your brother, whom you sold into Egypt. But now, do not therefore be grieved or angry with yourselves because you sold me here; for God sent me before you to preserve life. For these two years the famine has been in the land, and there are still five years in which there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. And God sent me before you to preserve a posterity for you in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliveranceSo now it was not you who sent me here, but God; and He has made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt."

Joseph's faith and forgiveness are vital lessons for us to emulate. When bad things happen try to look at the situation with "spiritual eyes." For example, Egypt represents sin. Satan (the evil brothers) sold us into sin (slavery). Christ was sent ahead (represented by Joseph) to redeem us (save us from eternal death). ~Romans 6:22

The faith that pleases God is born in a place of deadness... the deadness of all human possibilities. It is a place where man-made plans flourish at first then die. It is a place where human hopes bring temporary relief but soon crash, adding to a sense of helplessness.

Have you been at this place of deadness? Has it seemed like you have no options left? The heavens are like brass when you pray?

God declares to you that HE is at work. His Spirit is working to get you to stop considering the impossibilities. Stop looking to human ways and means, trying to think your way out of your situation. The Holy Spirit is urging you, “Quit hunting for help from some human source. Quit focusing on how hopeless you think your situation is. Those are hindrances to your faith.”

On a deeper level, the Fruit of the Spirit expresses itself as love, joy, peace, long-suffering (patiently enduring lasting offense or hardship), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. When our Faith is low and we experience no inner “blooming,” we feel the lack of something – no joy or peace of mind. ~ Galatians 5:22-23

The Names Yahweh and Yahshua

There was a moment when Moses had the nerve to ask God what his name is. God was gracious enough to answer, and the name he gave is recorded in the original Hebrew as YHWH. ~Exodus 3:14

Over time man arbitrarily added an “a” and an “e” in there to get YaHWeH, presumably because we have a preference for vowels and to make it easier to verbalize His name. There is no letter "J" in the Hebrew alphabet so that eliminates the names Jehovah and Jesus as proper names. However, our loving Father and Savior are multi-lingual and understand when we call to them.

There is no other God but one. For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords). ~ 1 Corinthians 8:4-6

In nearly every place you read "praise the Lord" it was translated from the Hebrew word halleluyah which means praise Yah, not just any "lord". Yah is the short form of Yahweh, like Bill is the short form of William.

Although the English name, Jesus, is loved and revered, it does not convey the true meaning of his Hebrew name, Yahshua, which means Yah's Salvation.

Bible scholars have noted that the letters YHWH represent breathing sounds, or aspirated consonants. When pronounced without intervening vowels, it actually sounds like breathing. YH (inhale) WH (exhale)

So a baby’s first cry, the first breath, speaks the name of God. A deep sigh calls His name – or a groan or gasp that is too heavy for mere words.

Even an atheist speaks His name, unaware that their very breath is giving constant acknowledgment that God exists.

Likewise, a person leaves this earth with their last breath, when God’s name is no longer filing their lungs. So when we can’t utter anything else our last breath is calling out His name.

Being alive means speaking His name constantly. So, it is heard the loudest when we're the quietest. In sadness, we breathe heavy sighs. In joy, our lungs feel almost like they will burst. In fear we hold our breath and have to be told to breathe slowly to help us calm down.

When we’re about to do something hard, we take a deep breath to find our courage. When we think about it, breathing is giving Him praise... even in difficult circumstances!

The name YHWH is so beautiful when we grasp the thought. God gave himself a name that we can’t help but know every moment we’re alive...  every human being, always, everywhere, waking, sleeping, breathing, with the name of God in every breath we take... that's how God is always everywhere at the same time.

It is interesting to note that both Nehemiah and Daniel recorded similar experiences with YHWH.

Nehemiah 1:5 (Nehemiah means "Yahweh Comforts" in Hebrew)

Yahweh Elohim (Creator God) of heaven, great and awe-inspiring El (Mighty One), you faithfully keep your promise and show mercy to those who love you and obey your commandments.

Daniel 9:4 (Daniel means "Yahweh is my Judge" in Hebrew)

I prayed to Yahweh my Elohim (Creator God). I confessed and said, “Adonay (Lord), you are great and deserve respect as the only God. You keep your promise and show mercy to those who love you and obey your commandments.

Other Bible References of the name of YHWH... Isaiah 42:8-9; Isaiah 52:6; Ezekiel 39:7; Psalm 68:4

Truth

Scripture Pictures | Amazing Facts in 2022 | Scripture ...

What is Truth? As it is written: "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth."~John 17:17

Yahweh God is a majority of One, His truth stands forever. The opinions of millions of humans does not change the truth of the Bible. Man can only discover what is truth by studying the Bible and applying the spiritual principles to every area of their life.

How Mankind Defines Bible Truth

The Creator of the human race endowed mankind with intellect and the ability to choose. When presented with truth mankind reasons within himself/herself, "If I don't believe something then it's not true. On the other hand, if I do believe something to be true, it must be true because I believe it."

How The Bible Defines Truth

For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.
I have chosen the way of truth; Your judgments I have laid before me.
Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And Your law is truth.
You are near, O Lord, And all Your commandments are truth.
The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.
The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.
Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever.
Do they not go astray who devise evil? But mercy and truth belong to those who devise good.
Buy the truth, and do not sell it, Also wisdom and instruction and understanding.
The Preacher sought to find acceptable words; and what was written was upright—words of truth.
Let all the nations be gathered together, And let the people be assembled. Who among them can declare this, And show us former things? Let them bring out their witnesses, that they may be justified; Or let them hear and say, “It is truth.”
Then they asked Him, saying, “Teacher, we know that You say and teach rightly, and You do not show personal favoritism, but teach the way of God in truth.
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.
Have I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth?
And with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
Our Savior desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
They will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Humans only learn by experience. You can read a hundred books about how to tie your shoes, but until you actually tie your shoe laces all by yourself it is just information.

Until you actually obey the instructions in the Bible, you only know about God. To experience God, do what He says... then your belief turns into knowing. Satan believes in God, but refuses to obey Him and urges humans to disregard God's instructions and follow man-made traditions.

Christian In Name Only

Romans 13:12 | KCIS 630

Christian in Name Only (abbreviated XINO), also called a cultural Christian, nominal Christian, or more often, a liberal Christian, is someone who professes to be a Christian in public but has a considerable lack of knowledge about the basic tenets of one's professed faith, often "knowing" it only from what is half-remembered from Sunday school or from pop-cultural osmosis. To put it another way, a Christian in name only is someone who "would call himself a Christian, or be so regarded by others, but who has no authentic commitment to Christ based on personal faith.

This includes ignorance of the contents of the Bible in general and may specifically include not being able to name the Four Gospels, the Ten Commandments, or even the fact that Jesus Christ gave the Sermon on the Mount. They may hold beliefs contrary to the teachings of Jesus, including considering abortion, special rights for homosexuals, social justice, gun control, adultery, and cohabitation between unmarried people to be morally acceptable and following situational ethics rather than the absolute morality of the Bible.

They also might believe in other ways to attain salvation rather than accepting Jesus as one's Lord and Savior or otherwise dismiss core Christian doctrines regarding salvation, such as the need for forgiveness. They may themselves live according to lifestyle choices condemned by Scripture or hold up others who do so as good Christian role models, thereby rendering their Christian witness worthless or even damaging. When challenged on their views with quotations from Scripture, Christians in name only, if they believe in God at all, often respond with unsupported assertions as to what God really wants or with Bible passages that are "interpreted" beyond recognition.

Christians in name only, especially those motivated by liberal politics, have proved to be such an embarrassment that committed Christians are now seeking new terminology to replace the terminology that Christians in name only have appropriated and thereby distinguish themselves from Christians in name only.

Don't be fooled by false preachers. Don't let the way they dress, good communication skills, charisma, books they have written, popularity, sweet talk, and their acceptance of "cultural christianity" deceive you. If their preaching is not in line with God's Word, then they are either deceived or they are deceivers.

An example of cultural churchanity... https://www.bitchute.com/video/kfC5IpWosGEt

Christians in name only are common in liberal politics. Sometimes, they may attempt to justify their liberal political views through loose paraphrases of the Bible and leaps of logic (e.g., going from the Christian communities described in Acts to a call for a welfare state).

They may at other times abandon any pretense that the Bible has anything to do with their views, in some cases explicitly denying that it does, and identify as "Christian" solely for advancement in liberal political circles or for identification with a side in the Culture War. They also often attempt to turn Christianity into a purely or predominantly secular political movement, emphasizing social justice and other notions that are completely un-moored from Bible-based Christianity.

Just as Satan tempted Jesus by quoting Scripture out of context, XINO's try to use Romans 13:1-7 to justify blind obedience to man's "law" of legal and illegal while ignoring God's Law of Right and Wrong.

Recorded in both the Old Testament and New Testament are numerous examples of "civil disobedience"... from Moses to the Apostles.

As it is written: "You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him." ~Deuteronomy 13:4

A short List of people who are not Christians, or give the appearance of being XINOs. Note: This list is in no way judgemental (that's God's sole prerogative). However, we are allowed to be "fruit inspectors."

Let’s be clear:

*People who do not believe that the Bible is God’s Holy Word are not Christians.

*People who do not believe that Jesus was born of a virgin are not Christians.

*People who do not believe that Jesus lived a sinless life are not Christians.

*People who do not believe that Jesus died on the Cross for the sins of the whole world are not Christians.

*People who do not believe that Jesus rose bodily from the grave are not Christians.

*People who do not believe that Jesus is God in flesh —man’s Creator and Redeemer— are not Christians.

*People who do not believe that salvation is by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ are not Christians.

*People who do not believe in obeying God's laws, calling it works, are not Christians.

If you are not hearing the above truths in the “church” you attend, GET OUT! You are listening to a false prophet.

Jesus makes it very clear in Matthew 7:24... “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven."

Doers—Not Hearers Only

"Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.

If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit (look out for) orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world." ~James 1: 21-27

Jesus Instructs His Followers

“If you love Me, keep My commandments." ~John 14:15

The Narrow Way

“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it." ~Matthew 7:12-14

“Behold, the days are coming, says Yahweh God,That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water, But a famine of hearing the words of Yahweh." ~ Amos 8:11

Why would God send such a famine of the word? You would think that God wants His words read and known.

The apostle Paul writing to Timothy gives us the answer.

Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. ~ 2 Timothy 4:2-4

These two Scriptures reveal why organized denominational Churchanity exists today. Very few pastors teach the whole counsel of God, and rightly divide the Word of Truth. Instead they are hirelings who do not care about the Sheep. ~ John 10:12-13

Sad to say Christians in Name Only don't really want to learn Bible Truth. They just want to be constantly reassured that what they "feel" and their denomination teaches is true.

Organized Religion

757,374 Catholic Photos - Free & Royalty-Free Stock Photos from Dreamstime

Organized religion has convinced people that there is an invisible god living way off in the sky who watches everything you do. This god has a list of do's and don'ts, and if you break any of his commandments he will send you to an ever-burning hell to suffer for all eternity... but he loves you and needs your money.

Organized religion builds cathedrals of stone. Jesus teaches that His cathedral is made of living stones. ~ 1 Peter 2:4-6. The Church that Jesus built is not an earthly organization, it's a Body of Believers who are seeking first the Kingdom of Heaven.

For the first three centuries of Christianity, members met in homes and had group discussions. It wasn't until 313 AD  that the Catholic Church adopted the auditorium format with all the members facing toward one speaker and keeping their mouth (and mind) closed.

Denominational Christianity is a "divide and conquer" tactic employed by organized religion to control Biblical doctrine and make the organization, and its leaders, wealthy. All 501(c) 3 religious organizations are creations of the State and substitute traditions of men for the the clearly stated Commandments of Christ.

Satan's job is to lie, steal, and destroy God's truth with man-made substitutions. How can we know the truth? ~ Psalm 119:160

The modern Church organization is a hospital for sin sick sinners and a nursery for babies in Christ. There comes a time when Christians need to be weaned from milk. Hebrews 5:12-14

Here's a short list of some of Churchianity's false doctrines

* The 1st day for the 7th day. Exodus 20:10
* The country of Israel for Biblical Israel. Exodus 4:22
* Easter for Passover. Acts 12:4
* Traditions of men for the Feasts of the LORD. Leviticus 23:4
* A 'rapture' for the first resurrection. 1 Thessalonians 4:16
* Fables for sound doctrine. 2 Timothy 4:2-4
* False for the Truth. Psalm 119:104

It was organized religion that crucified Jesus... and it is crucifying His message to this present day. As it is written: "These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me." Matthew 15:8

How was Satan able to get these false doctrines into mainstream denominations? He has willing accomplices

Fear Not

Psalms 27:1 Inspirational Image

God is Spirit and the Father of Spirits. You are a Spirit being covered in a flesh body, living on a planet hurtling through space at tremendous speed. God's retirement plan is out of this world, so what is there to fear?

Many people believe the words "Fear Not" are recorded 365 times in the Bible as a reminder for each day of the year. The truth is “Fear Not” actually occurs 331 times in 144 verses in the KJV, including 63 exact phrases.

But what if we include variations of the phrase, such as “do not be afraid” or even “be courageous,” which is the positive way of telling us to not be afraid? It still gives us plenty of encouragement to "Fear Not."

Although not found 365 times in the Bible, “fear not” was spoken as an imperative from the lips of Jesus, and therefore should be taken as a direct command from the Lord Himself.

There are many earthly reasons to fear today; the failing economy, bad reports from the doctor, global unrest, terrorist threats, and hopeless predictions from political prognosticators just to name a few.

However, as followers of Christ we have greater reasons to fear not; God will not fail you (Deut.31:6), God will not forsake you (1 Chron. 28:20), God is with you (Isaiah 41:10), God will help you (Isaiah 41:13), God knows you by name (Isaiah 43:1), God can do marvelous things (Joel 2:21), It is God’s pleasure to give you the kingdom (Luke 12:32), and Christ is the First and the Last (Rev.1:17).

Simply put, Jesus said, “Do not fear” (Matthew 10:31 NKJV).  Hearing it once from Jesus is just as good as hearing it 365 times.  He said it, that settles it!
