Noah and the Flood

Many critics of the Bible like to point out apparent discrepancies in Bible narratives. One story that is hard to believe is Noah and the flood.

Noah was a descendant of Adam, meaning Adam is Noah's great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather, as Noah is listed as the ninth generation from Adam in the biblical genealogy; Noah's father, Lamech, is the direct link in this lineage. The flood only concerns the family of Adam, not other people who had no knowledge of the God of Adam. The name Adam means "to show blood in the face or blush." Only light skin people can show blood in the face so Adamites are not dark skin people.

Contrary to Churchianity doctrines, Adam and Eve are not the progenitors of the whole human race. If you believe that Adam and Eve were the first humans, you need to re-read Genesis 1 and 2. There were other races (the Bible refers to race as "families of man") on the earth long before Adam arrived. We know that Cain took a wife from the land of Nod. ~ Genesis 4:15-17

We also know that the phrase "kind after kind" appears more than 30 times in Scripture. Today, we know kind after kind means DNA. White people only produce white babies, black people have black babies, dogs have dogs, cats have cats, etc. All of the various races of people were created long before Adam came on the scene.

And if you believe the three sons of Noah repopulated the earth with all the different races, then "kind after kind" is meaningless. The truth is the flood of Noah only destroyed the wicked, not innocent people who were not in the transgression. If the flood destroyed every human, where did Goliath come from? And the giants in the land of Canaan? ~ Numbers 13:33

Yes, the flood of Noah's day was worldwide, but did not kill every inhabitant. In every culture there are stories of a flood. If only eight people survived, how did these stories get passed down? The fact that marine fossils have been discovered near the peak of Mt. Everest does not prove the waters covered over 29,000 feet. These deep-sea remnants are found at the "Roof of the World" due to plate tectonics.

The LORD saw that the wickedness of man (the Adamites) was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. The other races of people had no contact with the God of Adam and were not destroyed. And what was the transgression of the Adamites? Intermarriage with nephilim, fallen mighty ones, and total disregard for righteousness.

Noah, his wife, his three sons, and their wives were all pure Adamities. Noah's descendants eventually intermarried with other races because DNA tests reveal multiple ancestors from all parts of the world. Ham is not the father of the black race. The people in Genesis chapter 1 were not Adamites, they were created male and female and told to be fruitful and multiple. Adam did not show up until chapter 2, he had no wife to be "fruitful and multiply" until God gave Eve to him.

Noah only took domesticated clean and unclean animals onto the Ark. There was not enough room for wild animals or enough storage for feed for thousands of species of animals.
